Data is processed in accordance with Senegalese law no. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data.

What we collect

• Commande en boutique : first name, last name, phone and, for delivery, your area or address. This information is used to prepare, deliver and invoice your order, to contact you about it and to send you a follow-up WhatsApp message the next day.
• Quick diagnosis : your answers stay in your browser. Nothing is saved by the website. We only receive them if you choose to send them to us on WhatsApp.
• Basket : its contents are kept in your browser (local storage) so you find it on your next visit. Nothing is sent until you place your order.
• WhatsApp and phone : the messages you send us are handled by the salon in order to reply to you.

The website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools.

How long

Order information is kept in our client file for as long as you are a client of the salon, and at most 3 years after your last purchase or visit, unless accounting rules require invoices to be kept longer.

Who can access it

Only the Maison Akoya team has access, along with our technical providers, solely to run the service: Netlify (website hosting), Supabase (database of the salon management software) and Google (fonts and the map on the Contact page). These providers may be located outside Senegal.

Your rights

You may at any time ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to its use. Write to us at coulibaly.liliane@akoyahair.com or on WhatsApp. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may contact the Senegalese Personal Data Protection Commission (CDP, cdp.sn).
