What's the difference between the standard and premium diagnosis?

The standard diagnosis is done at the start of a treatment to adapt the session to your hair. The premium diagnosis is a full session with Madame Caly, for an in-depth analysis and a complete treatment plan.

How do I book the premium diagnosis?

On our booking site, under “Autres prestations” (other services), or by messaging us on WhatsApp at +221 77 691 06 06.

Does the diagnosis replace a medical consultation?

No. If the analysis reveals a medical issue, such as significant hair loss or a scalp condition, we will advise you to see a dermatologist.

Is the diagnosis suitable for locs or children?

Yes, the microscope works on all hair types. Tell us about your situation on WhatsApp and we will point you to the right option.
